1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using PTP SALES AUCTION ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. By registering, you warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Account Registration

Users must complete the verification process before participating in auctions. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Auction Process

4.1 Bidding

All bids are binding offers to purchase. By placing a bid, you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the item if you are the winning bidder.

4.2 Buy Now

"Buy Now" purchases are immediate and binding. Payment must be completed within 24 hours of purchase.

4.3 Reserve Prices

Some items may have reserve prices not disclosed to bidders. If the reserve price is not met, the seller is not obligated to sell.

5. Payment Terms

Winning bidders must complete payment within 48 hours of auction close. Accepted payment methods include wire transfer and cryptocurrency. All payments are processed through secure channels.

6. Fees and Commissions

Buyer's premium and seller's commission apply as outlined in our commission structure. These fees are in addition to the final sale price.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Buyers are responsible for shipping costs and arrangements. PTP SALES AUCTION facilitates documentation but does not handle physical logistics unless separately arranged.

8. Returns and Disputes

All sales are final. Items are sold "as-is" based on provided descriptions and inspections. Disputes must be filed within 7 days of delivery.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including logos, images, and descriptions, is the property of PTP SALES AUCTION and may not be used without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

PTP SALES AUCTION is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
