1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using PTP SALES AUCTION ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our Platform.

2. Eligibility

To use our Platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have legal capacity to enter binding contracts
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Pass our identity verification process
• Maintain sufficient funds for bidding

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

3. Auction Policies

3.1 Binding Nature of Bids

All bids are legally binding contracts. By placing a bid, you agree to purchase the item if you are the winning bidder, subject to these terms.

3.2 Reserve Prices

Some items may have reserve prices. If the reserve price is not met, the seller is not obligated to sell the item.

3.3 Buyer's Premium

A buyer's premium of 5% will be added to the final sale price of all items unless otherwise stated.

3.4 Auction Extensions

If a bid is placed within the final 5 minutes of an auction, the auction may be extended to allow for additional bidding.

4. Bidding Process

4.1 Bid Increments

Bids must meet the minimum bid increment specified for each auction. We reserve the right to reject bids that do not meet requirements.

4.2 Retraction Policy

Bids may only be retracted in exceptional circumstances and at our sole discretion. Unauthorized bid retraction may result in account suspension.

4.3 Winning Bids

The highest bidder at the conclusion of the auction is the winning bidder. In case of tie bids, the earliest bid takes precedence.

5. Payments

5.1 Payment Terms

Winning bidders must complete payment within 3 business days of auction close. Late payments may result in cancellation of sale and account suspension.

5.2 Payment Methods

We accept wire transfers to Wells Fargo Bank (Account: 6926902989), certified checks, and approved electronic payment methods. All payments are subject to verification.

5.3 Taxes and Fees

Buyers are responsible for all applicable taxes, import duties, and shipping costs unless otherwise specified.

6. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Refunds are only considered in the following circumstances:

6.1 Material Misrepresentation

If an item is significantly not as described, buyers may request a refund within 7 days of delivery, subject to verification.

6.2 Non-Delivery

If an item is not delivered within the specified timeframe due to seller fault, a full refund will be issued.

6.3 Cancelled Auctions

If we cancel an auction for any reason, all bids will be voided and any payments will be refunded.

Note: Buyer's remorse or change of mind does not qualify for refunds.

7. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

• Place false or sham bids
• Interfere with other users' bidding activities
• Use automated bidding software
• Misrepresent items for sale
• Violate any applicable laws
• Attempt to circumvent Platform security

Violations may result in immediate account termination.

8. Liability

8.1 Limitation of Liability

PTP SALES AUCTION acts as an intermediary platform. We are not responsible for:

• Item condition or description accuracy
• Delivery issues between buyers and sellers
• Payment disputes
• User misconduct

8.2 Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify PTP SALES AUCTION against any claims arising from their use of the Platform.

8.3 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Texas, USA, in accordance with American Arbitration Association rules.
